Horace Graydon, Jr., and his brother, Richard Burris Graydon (hereafter defendants or appellants), appeal from their convictions by a jury upon all counts of a three-count indictment charging them with bank robbery, assault, and assault while committing a bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) (b) (d).
