Judgment entered February 13, 1969, insofar as appealed from, is modified on the law and on the facts, to the extent of (1) striking therefrom decretal paragraph No. 3 which awards compensation with interest and costs to the law firm of Maass, Davidson, Levy, Friedman & Weston and substituting therefor a new decretal paragraph denying all compensation to said counsel; and (2) reducing the compensation of the Referee from $20,000 to $10,000. Otherwise the judgment is affirmed...
