In 1961 James Rodger Hannie was found guilty by a court of burglary (Pen. Code, § 459) and grand theft (Pen. Code, § 487) and was sentenced to prison on both counts. Two prior felony convictions were found to be true. The judgment was affirmed. (People v. Hannie (1962)
