This suit originated in the Municipal Court of the Virgin Islands. The matter in dispute is the possession of a warehouse that had been leased by Robert C. Merwin & Co., Inc., to Cargo Services, Inc. and subsequently had been forcibly reentered and repossessed by Merwin against the will of Cargo Services. By claim and counterclaim both parties have asserted that they are entitled to possession of the property...
