Petitioner Southwest Latex Corporation asks this court to review and set aside a National Labor Relations Board order which found that Southwest Latex engaged in unfair labor practices within Section 8(a) (1) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a) (1), by discharging employee John Seaton and by threatening employee Loyce Osborn, and which ordered Southwest Latex to cease and desist from such unfair labor practices.
