Keine and Kregas were convicted by a jury in the District of Colorado of violating 21 U.S.C. Section 331(q) (2) by the delivery of a depressant or stimulant drug to Robert LaBree, a government agent. On appeal, both Keine and Kregas contend that the evidence is wholly insufficient to sustain the convictions.
