This is an appeal brought by appellant, Clinton Wadlington, from a conviction in two counts in the Marion Criminal Court, Division Two, of the crimes of kidnapping, and assault and battery with intent to commit a felony. Trial was had by jury and upon the rendition of a verdict of guilty, judgment was entered thereon. Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment on count one, and to imprisonment
