This is an appeal from the judgment of the Lower Court wherein the petitioner, Louis L. Edmonston, filed a boundary action against Eddie J. Badeaux and Carey A. Martin, to have the boundaries separating their respective properties judicially determined. The Lower Court awarded a judgment in favor of petitioner and against defendants, and the defendants have appealed.
