McFARLAND, Justice:

David Allen Kennedy, hereinafter referred to as defendant, entered a plea of guilty to the charge of robbery, in violation of § 13-641, A.R.S., and § 13-643, A.R.S., and was sentenced "to serve not less than five nor more than seven years in the Arizona State Prison."
