The defendant has raised 22 questions for appellate resolution. The first 10 questions challenge the trial court's jurisdiction over his person, and, in the main, contest the legality of his arrest. The remaining 12 raise questions regarding the reasonableness of the apartment search and marijuana seizure, the propriety of denying a motion for a second change of venue, the admissibility of inculpatory statements made the day following defendant's arrest...
