The plaintiff herein was employed by Ohio Edison Company as a power lineman when he met with the accident from which this case arose. It is alleged in the amended and supplemental complaint that, on October 9, 1964, plaintiff was injured when he fell from a utility pole upon which he was working. The fall is claimed to have resulted from failure of a safety device consisting of a body belt and safety strap which the plaintiff was using...
