LANDRY, Judge.

This action is the product of an automobile accident which occurred at approximately 11:00 P.M., May 18, 1968, on Louisiana Highway 43, about five miles north of Greensburg, Louisiana. At the site, the highway is a two-lane blacktopped road with little or no shoulders. When the accident occurred, a Ford Falcon automobile belonging to William D.
