PER CURIAM.

On June 25, 1965, a proceeding was initiated against the respondent, James E. Grant, consisting of two counts, the second was ultimately dismissed by the Administrative Committee of the State Bar for District No. 4. On March 3, 1966, a hearing was held on Count I. Thereafter, on October 17, 1968, Findings of Fact and Recommendations were forwarded to the Board of Governors of the State Bar. The Board of Governors, after a hearing, affirmed the Findings...
