This matter is before the court on a petition for a declaratory judgment filed by Ann T. Guerra, executrix of the estate of her mother, Elizabeth Sziszak, deceased. While Mrs. Sziszak was of sound mind she converted eight savings accounts (in three banks or savings and loan companies) which she owned individually, to joint and survivorship accounts with certain of her children and one grandson.
