This is an appeal from a judgment of the superior court reversing an order of the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals. The trial court remanded the cause to the Department of Labor and Industries directing it to allow the benefits of the Industrial Insurance Act to the widow of Ronald J. Musson, a public relations director who also served as an unlimited hydroplane driver.
