This is a suit on a promissory note. It was instituted by Guaranty Bank & Trust Company of Alexandria, Louisiana, against C & R Development Co., Inc., and Robert E. Clark. Clark made no appearance and a default judgment was rendered against him. C & R Development Company answered and filed a reconventional demand for judgment against the Guaranty Bank for $13,256.35. The bank then filed a third party demand against Clark, seeking a judgment...
