Mr. and Mrs. Joseph R. David instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. David in a motor vehicle collision. The defendants originally named in the suit are Louis A. Domingue, Lafayette Milling Co., Inc., Houston Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, Mrs. Anna T. Chargois and Great American Insurance Company.
