(EDP) appeal from a judgment whereby it was ordered and adjudged that all of the defendants be permanently enjoined from consummating the proposed sale of CAL to EDP; and that defendants Cornell and CAL be permanently enjoined from conveying CAL or any of its capital stock or its land, buildings...
