The plaintiff-appellant claims that he has been denied rights guaranteed to members of labor organizations by Section 101 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, 29 U.S.C. § 411. Jurisdiction lies under 29 U.S.C. § 412. The district court held in favor of the Unions and dismissed the action. Williams v. International Typographical Union, D.C.Colo., 293 F.Supp. 1346....
