HAYS, Justice.

In May of 1963 appellant was convicted of first degree burglary and sentenced to 10 to 15 years in the state prison. On appeal from that conviction appellant's court appointed counsel advised this Court by written communication that he had searched the record and had been unable to find grounds upon which an appeal could be based.
