This is an appeal, pursuant to 28 U.S. C. § 1291, from an order denying appellant's motion to reduce and correct a sentence imposed on March 26, 1969.

Appellant was first tried with seven other defendants on indictments charging a conspiracy to defraud the United States and 84 substantive counts involving violation of criminal statutes relating to filing and processing federal income tax returns. The defendants were an employee...
