This cause is here on appeal by The Huntington National Bank of Columbus, hereinafter referred to as appellant, from a decision of the Board of Tax Appeals, affirming an order of the Tax Commissioner assessing a use tax and penalty against appellant for building material purchased and incorporated in a building, known as the Huntington Trust Building, which was constructed by a general contractor pursuant to an agreement with appellant.
