Petitioner LeRoy L. Larson has taken this timely appeal pro se in forma pauperis from final order of the District Court dismissing without prejudice his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner was convicted of first degree murder in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on February 10, 1961. He took no appeal from his conviction. In his present appeal, petitioner urges that his guilty plea was not voluntary...
