OPINION

WOODLEY, Presiding Judge.

The offense is burglary; the punishment, enhanced under Art. 62 P.C. by a prior conviction for burglary, 12 years.

Represented by counsel of his choice, appellant entered a plea of not guilty. A jury found him guilty and, at the punishment hearing, found that he had been previously convicted of the offense of burglary as charged in the indictment.
