This is a suit for damages upon a written contract and an amendment thereto for personal services rendered by plaintiff Walton S. Miller. The parties will be referred to as they were in the trial court. Plaintiff sued defendant, Hill Chemical Company, Inc., on an original contract and an amendment thereto, both dated June 26, 1967.
