Plaintiff in error, Richard Bernard Sanchez, was convicted in the District Court of Mesa County of murder in the second degree and was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of ten to forty years. By this writ of error, he seeks reversal of the judgment of conviction, and a new trial.
