This action was submitted to the Court on stipulations and upon a motion for Judgment on the Pleadings.

The uncontroverted facts are that on January 2, 1968 Mr. and Mrs. Grayson, domiciliaries of New Jersey were vacationing at the Holiday Inn Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
