This case, before us for the second time, is a condemnation proceeding in which appellant acquired a strip of land, 750 feet long and 150 feet wide (2.55 acres), from appellee's 143-acre tract. The acquisition was needed for the construction of approaches to a new bridge on Highway No. 9 across the Arkansas River near Morrilton.
