The defendant was indicted and tried for a charge of aggravated assault and for a misdemeanor in two counts, i. e., (1) carrying a concealed weapon; and (2) carrying a pistol without a license. He was convicted of the lesser offense of simple assault and carrying a pistol without a license, and sentenced to two consecutive 12-month terms. The appeal is from this judgment and sentence.
