INZER, Justice:

Appellee, Carl Brown, recovered a default judgment in the Circuit Court of Pearl River County in the amount of $1,907 against appellant John Willenbrock. The judgment, not having been satisfied, a writ of garnishment was issued against Lumberton State Bank. The bank answered the garnishment and admitted that it was indebted to Willenbrock in the sum of $23.57 by virtue of account number 331-195-8 and which it is admitted was subject to garnishment...
