OPINION

WILSON, Justice.

Plaintiff recovered judgment on a jury verdict against the owner of cattle for damage to crops.

The jury found defendant's cattle damaged plaintiff's cotton, corn, wheat and maize crops in each of the years 1963, 1964, and 1965, and fixed the value of each crop "as it stood on the ground" at the time of the damage in each of the three years. The Court instructed the jury to consider additional cost of cultivation, harvesting...
