OPINION

STOREY, Judge.

This is a tort action by Martha A. Hazewski, a guest in an automobile driven by the defendant, Elaine Jackson. The complaint alleges that plaintiff was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident which was due to defendant's wanton and reckless disregard for plaintiff's safety. Defendant has moved the Court for summary judgment.
