The plaintiffs instituted this suit in which they seek a declaratory judgment to quiet their title to a certain 72 acres tract of land situated in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. The defendants answered with a general denial of the plaintiffs' right to a declaratory judgment, and reconvened, claiming they are the owners of certain undivided interest in the same tract of land.
