This is an appeal in a condemnation award instituted by the State in the Probate Court of Tuscaloosa County. Following an order of condemnation of the property consisting of 4.44 acres, the probate court made an award to the owner. An appeal to the circuit court followed, with a jury trial and verdict for the owner in the amount of $83,500.25.
