This is an action for a declaratory judgment and construction of a trust provision in the holographic will of R. E. King, deceased, relating to certain oil property situated in Gregg County, Texas.

The record shows that R. E. King, the testator, was a practicing attorney in Memphis, Tennessee, until his death on May 21, 1948. The holographic will dated November 14, 1946, together with several codicils, was duly probated in the State of Tennessee...
