This appeal is from an order of the district court of Gonzales County, Texas, overruling the plea of privilege of defendant-appellant to be sued in Bexar County, Texas. Plaintiff-appellee relies on Subdivision 23, Art. 1995, Vernon's Ann.Civ. St., to sustain venue in Gonzales County.
