On September 2, 1964 claimant suffered a compensable injury to his right leg. On June 1, 1966 the carrier filed a claim for reimbursement from the Special Disability Fund under the provisions of subdivision 8 of section 15 of the Workmen's Compensation Law, alleging a pre-existing physical impairment.
