This is a suit for personal injuries and damages arising out of an automobile accident which occurred February 3, 1969, in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. The accident occurred when plaintiff, Evelyn L. Nain, began a left turn into a private driveway and her car collided with an overtaking car driven by Robert L. Hernandez, which vehicle was insured by defendant. Evelyn L. Nain sues for personal injuries; and her husband, Robert J. Nain, joins in the suit...
