Final decree modified, on the law, so as to add thereto, immediately after the decretal provision that interest on the principal amount of the award shall be at the rate of 4% per annum "from August 26, 1966, the date of the taking", the following: "to July 24, 1969 and at the rate of 6% per annum from July 25, 1969 to the date of payment". As so modified, final decree affirmed, without costs.
