Appellant Craycroft appeals from District Court dismissals of his two successive complaints challenging his detention in the United States Navy following the Navy's denials of his applications for discharge from the service as a conscientious objector. Craycroft sought habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. §§ 2241-2244. He also asked for a declaration under 28 U.S.C. § 2201 that he was a conscientious objector and sought mandatory...
