Patricia Ann Sullivan appeals from a conviction and sentence for the crime of misprision of a felony as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 4.1 The material part of the indictment charges:

"On or about the 7th day of May, 1964, in the Northern Judicial District of Oklahoma, Patricia Ann Sullivan, having knowledge of the actual commission by Donald Lee Yates of a felony, cognizable by a Court of the United States...
