In a single count indictment Robert E. Anderson was charged with violating 18 U.S.C. § 23141 in that, on or about August 30, 1967, he transported and caused to be transported from Goshen, Indiana, to Saint Louis, Missouri, 239 cartons containing 224,328, more or less, Monsanto Company plastic bottles of the value of $5,000 or more, knowing the bottles to have been stolen.
