Plaintiff brings this action for alleged medical malpractice but levels her main contentions at our interpretation of the statute of limitations in Lindquist v. Mullen, 45 Wn.2d 675, 277 P.2d 724 (1954). In a situation where a surgical sponge had been inadvertently enclosed in the surgical wound, we said in that case that the cause of action accrued at the time of the surgical operation...
