The plaintiff-appellee, Weinell, brought this suit pursuant to the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq., to recover for personal injuries allegedly sustained during the course of his employment as a brakeman by the McKeesport Connecting Railroad Company.
