This is a suit in tort arising out of an automobile accident which occurred at approximately midnight on July 31, 1966, on U. S. Highway 90 in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana. The accident involved a headon collision between a Cadillac automobile owned and being driven by Luther A. Doss, and a Chevrolet pick-up truck, with a house trailer attached, owned and being driven by Carl Ray Rollins. Both drivers died...
