This suit in tort was brought by the surviving widow of Joseph Anthony Cacibauda, Sr., and his heirs, (one minor child and three major children) to recover the total sum of $705,275.07 from the liability insurer of six officers, agents and employees of the corporation by which Joseph Anthony Cacibauda, Sr., was employed.
