This case is back before us upon an order of the United States Supreme Court vacating the judgment heretofore entered by us affirming the conviction of the appellant and his sentence to two concurrent terms of 10 years for violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a) and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(b).
