Case No. 1347 is a pending habeas corpus proceeding in which petitioner attacks the validity of a State court sentence imposed by the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri on June 10, 1965. Petitioner is here a second time in regard to that sentence, his first petition having been dismissed without prejudice because of petitioner's failure to have exhausted his available state post-conviction remedies.
