The National Labor Relations Board found that State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company violated Sections 8(a) (5) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by refusing to bargain with the Insurance Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, which had been certified to represent a unit of employees.
