Appellant is confined to the Lewisburg United States Penitentiary serving a three year sentence imposed by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. On February 8, 1963, he was convicted in the District of New Jersey for conspiracy in connection with the interstate transportation of stolen securities, an offense in violation of Title 18 U.S.C.
